Ardee has an in-house Research and Development Centre at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, recognised by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. In addition, we have developed facilities for prototype manufacture and testing. Equipment designed are put to full-scale tests before being sent in to the field for actual usage.
A leading manufacturer, we are supported by a strong R&D team, headed by our senior scientist with over 30 years of experience in industrial experimentation, has been engaged in development of new technologies and processes in the field of mineral beneficiation, alternative energy systems, micro-processor-based control technologies, sensor development and prototype building. The company has also undertaken joint R&D Projects with Tata Steel Ltd and GHCL Ltd.
We are distributors for 15 Multi-National Companies with a product range which includes pneumatic valves, cylinders, vacuum systems, connectors, piping, fittings, filters, lubricators and regulators, grippers, clamps, pet bottle making and filling solutions, etc.
We manufacture in-house a whole range of radiometric measurement systems such as dual gamma on-line coal ash analysers, slurry density gauges, off-line table top ash analysers, Personnel Radiation Dose Monitor, area radiation monitors and special purpose radiometric systems. The company has a sales team of over 25 personnel across the country to market, service and support its various products.
We have successfully erected and commissioned two Dry Beneficiation Plants for coal and lignite. Lignite Dry Beneficiation Plant, for the removal of pyrites and sulphur was set up for GHCL Bhavnagar and Coal Dry Beneficiation Plant situated at Talcher is now owned by Utkal Energy Resources Ltd.
The company's current projects include a 2.0 PMT capacity Lignite Dry Beneficiation Plant in Gujarat for a Public Sector Enterprise and a 1.5 PMT capacity Coking Coal Deshaling plant for a Coal India-funded R&D project. We are also currently working with DSIR for a multi-energy X-ray sorting technology for smaller fractions of coal.
